The NC joining module NCFN Type 2153A is an electromechanical servo press designed for assembly and joining processes monitored by force–displacement measurement. It is equipped with an integrated strain gauge force sensor and is available for nominal force ranges from 5 to 300 kN, enabling accurate monitoring of medium‑ to high‑force joining applications.
For precise positioning and high repeatability, an absolute encoder is integrated directly into the drive motor. The drive system uses an electrically commutated AC servo motor, which is controlled by a servo amplifier. This servo amplifier ensures a constant joining speed independent of load, supporting stable and reproducible process conditions throughout the joining cycle.
