The maXYmos XY process monitoring system enables quality inspection of products or individual production steps by evaluating measurement curves. These curves represent the relationship between two measured variables during a process.
To tailor the evaluation to a specific application, the user can configure evaluation objects. These objects define acceptance criteria based on curve characteristics, allowing flexible and application‑specific monitoring.
Using this configuration, the maXYmos system evaluates every workpiece individually and automatically determines whether it meets the defined quality requirements, classifying each part as OK (good) or NOK (bad).
