The Crimped Terminal Tester is a manually operated, motorised pull‑test system designed for the quick and reliable verification of crimped electrical terminals. It provides a simple and efficient solution for routine quality control and standards‑compliant testing.
The tester features selectable test speeds from 10 to 200 mm/min, in accordance with IEC, DIN, EN, BS, UL, SAE, MIL, NASA, and Australian Standards. It is available in two load capacities, 500 N and 1000 N, covering an AWG range of 8 to 30.
Supplied as a complete testing system, the pull tester includes a test adaptor and clamp‑off device, USB interface, and power supply, enabling straightforward setup, operation, and data connectivity.
