FM 100 is an electronic system used to measure and evaluate the closing force of doors and gates.
The Analogue Door Closing Gauge is a robust, field‑proven measuring system designed for manufacturing, commissioning, and operational testing of automatic doors and gates. It is widely used on railway, light rail, tramway, and bus doors, supporting manufacturers and operators in verifying safe closing forces throughout the product lifecycle.
The components of the system are: Sensor FM 100 – Sensor Electronic-Box SEB2 – PC-Software PinchPilot.
For the measuring process, the sensor and the battery driven electronic box SEB2 are needed. The electronic box is able to save up to 100 measurements.
For evaluation and the saving purposes the measured data needs to be uploaded into a PC.
The PC software PinchPilot is a useful tool for further data processing, such as evaluation and creating a report.
