These pressure tests may be carried out in laboratories, workshop or on site at the measuring point.</p>
<p>When the instrument to be tested and a sufficiently accurate reference measuring instrument are connected up to the test pump, the same pressure is applied to the two measuring instruments when the pressure test pump LR-Cal LPP 40 is operated. By comparing the two measure values at random pressure values, the accuracy can be verified or the instrument under test can be adjusted.</p>
<p>Despite its compact dimensions, the pressure test pump LR-Cal LPP 40 is easy to operate and allows for exact generation of the required test pressures; a change-over switch enables the generation of vacuum as well. The LR-Cal LPP 40 is fitted with a fine adjustment valve for generation of high pressure and a precise adjustment of pressures.</p>
<p>The reference instrument is screwed directly on the top of the pump and the unit under test is connected by means of the connection tube incorporating an adapter 1/4&#8243; BSP female thread (freely rotating), contained in the scope of delivery.</p>

<p>The LR-Cal LPP 08 is a pneumatic pressure test pump for low-pressure ranges up to 8 bar with change-over switch to vacuum down to -850 mbar. Despite its compact dimensions, the pressure test pump is easy to operate and allows for exact generation of the required test pressures. The maximum pressure or vacuum achievable depends on the attached test volume. The smooth-running pressure generation and the integrated fine adjustment valve allow a safe and precise setting of very small positive resp. negative pressure values in the range of mbar.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The electronic pressure calibrator LR-Cal LPC 300 is used for high precision calibration of pressure instruments, e.g. pressure gauges, pressure transmitter, digital manometer, pressure switches, overpressure protection valves, etc.</p>
<p>The LR-Cal LPC 300 is a very user-friendly, accurate and compact solution for pressure comparison calibrations. The built-in reference sensor LR-Cal LPC-S is changeable; several pressure ranges can be covered with one LR-Cal LPC 300 unit (up to 10).</p>
<p>All standard pressure ranges between 0&#8230;250 mbar (0&#8230;4 psi) and 0&#8230;1000 bar (0&#8230;14500 psi) are available as well as vacuum and absolute pressure ranges in accuracy ±0.025% FS. Furthermore, ranges up to 8000 bar (116000 psi) are available with accuracy ±0.1% FS.</p>
<p>The electronic pressure calibrator LR-Cal LPC 300 measures pressure, volts and milliamps and supplies 24 VDC as source for transmitter. Calibration procedures can be pre-defined and used for calibrations on site. The LR-Cal LPC 300 is featured with USB- and RS232-interfaces and is powered by a chargeable Lithium-Ion battery pack (no &#8220;memory effect&#8221;).</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The LR-Cal LPC 200 offers a precision pressure calibration system, suitable also for use on site, portable. The LR-CalLPC 200 also opens up other helpful applications, e.g. recording of pressure curves (logging function), and leak testing (pressure rate function). These useful functions can be easily activated or deactivated by pressing the respective keys.</p>
<p>A factory certificate of calibration for each reference sensor certifies the total uncertainty of the measuring chain. Alternatively, on request, a DKD/DAkkS calibration certificate can be supplied.</p>
<p>Using the optional LPC-Cal software, the logged data, stored in the LR-Cal LPC 200, can be transferred to a PC via an USB connection, where it can be stored in an MS-Excel file for documentation and further evaluation. In addition, LPC-Cal offers the possibility of PC-supported calibration of pressure measuring instruments using the LR-CalLPC 200.</p>

It is perfect for reference pressure measurements, for testing and calibration purposes.Together with pressure test pump LR-Cal LPP 40 and LR-Cal LPP 60 (pneumatic) as well as LR-Cal LPP 700 and LR-Cal LPP 1000 (hydraulic) it is ideal for mobile use on site. Together with the pressure comparison pumps LR-Cal LSP (spindle pumps/bench) it is perfect for use in workshop or laboratory, for pressure up to 2000 bar.</p>
<p>This instrument is not only just measuring the applied pressure, but also the medium temperature. The data logger function stores up to 60,000 values (60,000 pressure values or 30,000 pressure values plus 30,000 temperature values). The operator can select out of 10 different common pressure units, the display resolution is programmable, as well as a digital filter (for stabilisation of fluctuating pressure values). This makes the pressure calibrator and data logger LR-Cal LDM 80 ideal for any test and calibration tasks.</p>
<p>A small storage and carrying case with custom foam insert, an USB connection cable, a charger for the internal battery is included in the scope of standard delivery, as well as a traceable certificate of calibration (factory certificate).</p>
