The system consists of two primary components: the <strong>Type 455x KiTorq Rotor</strong>, which performs the torque measurement on the rotating shaft, and the <strong>Type 454x KiTorq Stator</strong>, which provides signal conditioning and torque evaluation.</p>

Its unique V-shaped design with drive motor on the side allows a pitch between Servo Press station as little as 70 mm. Fitted with dual range Piezo Force sensors the Kistler NCF-S is particularly suitable for valve seat and valve guide assembly in engines. The Kistler NCF-S has a repeatability of 10 micron, an overload capacity of 10 times its nominal capacity and is installed in a robust steel housing.</p>

The unique design of the hollow shaft motor offers a very compact design yet still with a press stroke of 200 mm for size I and 400 mm for size II. The Kistler NCF-H can be wall mounted or flange mounted, in any direction (at any angle, horizontal, vertical or up-side down) and is capable of bidirectional joining operations with monitoring in both directions, push and pull. Dual measuring range for force means that the same press can be used for low force applications as well as high force applications in the same production station, switchable by PLC, with high accuracy.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The maXYmos Basic Level (BL) monitors and evaluates XY curves of two measurement variables that have to stand in a certain relation to each other.</p>
<p>In the case of press fitting, for example, the typical measurement curves are recorded using force and displacement sensors, or torque and rotational angle sensors for swiveling or rotation.</p>
<p>The maXYmo BL can be used to record, monitor and display the interrelation of basically any measurands that can be measured with piezoelectric, strain-gauge and potentiometric sensors.</p>
