FM300 is an electronic system to measure and evaluate the closing force of elevator doors and machinery protection equipment.
Users are manufacturing and/or operating companies for elevators or machinery protection equipment.
The components of the system are:
- Sensor FM 300
- Sensor Elektronic-Box SEB2
- PC-Software PinchPilot
A set of distance parts allow for a different gap width. Besides the peak force, the energy and the speed of the door are calculated during evaluation. For the measuring process, the sensor and the battery driven electronic box SEB 2 is required.
The Electronic Box is able to save up to 100 measurements. For evaluation and the saving purposes the measured data will need to be uploaded to a PC for long term data keeping.
The PinchPilot software can be used for further data processing such as evaluation and creating a report.
